  • 1 pound(s) Beef Ground
  • 4 ounce(s) Pork Sausage Ground
  • 1/4 cup(s) Onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Parsley
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Oregeno
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Black pepper
  • 1/3 cup(s) Bread Crumbs
  • dash(es) Buttermilk


  1. Mix all ingredents together (Mixer works great)*
  2. *Pour buttermilk into bread crumbs prior to combining with rest of ingredients. Breadcrumbs should be wet, like quicksand.
  3. Fry in small amount of Olive Oil until cooked through
