  • Cinnamon
  • Freshly Ground Pepper
  • Kosher Salt
  • 1/4 cup(s) Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 cup(s) Water


  1. Combine all ingredients in large sautee pan and bring to a boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer until glaze forms and carrots are tender.
