  • 1/3 cup(s) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup(s) fat-free sour cream
  • 1/4 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract


  1. In a small bow combine the confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Add the sour cream, milk, and vanilla. With an electric mixer on medium-low speed beat until thoroughly incorporated.
