Haven't tried it yet. I can see that the directions are not clear. what is the amount of paprika needed? Doesn't mention that precooked chopped chicken is needed. And 2 lbs. of chicken and 8010 potatoes does not make 1 serving. I will try the recipe with some of the advice of other reviewers.

Unlike some of the reviewers, I actually made this. Directions are a confusing, incoherent mess, as well as laughably inaccurate. Really, bake a chicken breast for only 15 minutes? It actually took closer to 40 minutes for the chicken to bake, and by then the cheese had become a two inch perimeter of burnt, solid crust. The additional baking time plus prep meant nearly two hours to make this disaster of a dish. As for taste, this dish is far too spicy and too salty, and I generally love spicy foods. Don't waste your time or money on this one.

This recipe says it will serve one? I think not! More like for a lumberjack with a very hearty appetite. Please make all necessary corrections before I will try making this dish.

Directions are horrible, they don't make sense. If you are going to post a recipe, please post it right and don't waste people's time. I will not even make this now because I'm so annoyed.

Worst directions ever. Concept sounds like it'll taste good. Think I'll get bagged hash browns and precooked chicken fajita meat. Then top with loaded ingredients.

Haven't tried yet - paprika is used, but is not listed with other ingredients. Sounds great, but can't rate yet. Tried it and found directions easy. Only change is that I used fully cooked, diced left-over chicken. I marinated cooked chicken in remaining olive oil mixture, which helped add a little moisture to casserole. Also served with dollop of sour cream. Otherwise I followed instructions exactly and found directions easy and dish delicious. Great for a crowd, or potluck dinner. I'm so sorry for person who submitted recipe! Confused - REALLY?! Only confusion I've had since reading unhappy reviews was that reviewer with timing disagreement for cooking chicken could be that she didn't realize that diced chicken is called for and certainly wouldn't take longer than the time it takes to melt cheeses. Only confusion that I can agree with is moving "add marinated chicken" to end of sentence "lower oven temp to 400 degrees" If even I can figure that out, couldn't everyone?

Taste great. Took more time to prepare than I like

Was confusing to me also, ingredients didn't list diced, then add chicken then remove potatoes. Thought it was me too. I will try though, sounds good and anything that has "loaded potato" in the title sounds good to me. :)

Question answered per recipe instructions!! Roast the potatoes for 45-50 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes, until cooked through and nice and crispy on the outside. Once the potatoes are fully cooked add the marinated chicken.

Maybe it's just me but the directions are confusing as we get to the part where the potatoes are done. Should they be removed and the chicken placed in the baking dish and cooked, or should the chicken be addd to the potatoes, or should the chicken be placed in the baking dish with the potatoes on top of the chicken until the chicken is cooked?? Am I reading this wrong? Please help as this dish looks wonderful and I would really like to make it. Thanks!
