  • 3 egg whites whipped
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1.5 cup(s) flour
  • 1 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • .5 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3 tablespoon(s) buttermilk softened
  • 1 2/3 cup(s) buttermilk


  1. Separate eggs and set yoiks aside. Beat egg whites until firm. In another bowl, mix all other ingredients. Fold egg whites into batter. Cook on 350 degree griddle until golden brown on both side.
