  • 1 box(es) lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) apricot nectar
  • 1/2 cup(s) oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice


  1. Mix ingredients first 5 ingredients and beat 4 minutes. Bake in tube or bundt pan at 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Blend 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup lemon juice and pour over cake. It will make a puddle, but the cake soaks it up.
