  • Patties
  • 16 ounce(s) Boneless Canned Salmon Drained
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup(s) Parsley Chopped
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dill
  • Sauce
  • 4 tablespoon(s) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Basil


  1. Mix together the ingredients for the patties in a medium bowl.

  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Form the mixture into patties.

  4. Add the patties to the oil and cook for about 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  5. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl.

  6. Add toasted bun, lettuce and tomato.

  7. Would also be good with Swiss cheese and/or avocado.

  8. Serve with sweet potato fries.
