  • 3 can(s) nibblets corn
  • 2 can(s) mexican corn
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) flour
  • 5 slice(s) jalapeno peppers diced
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese shredded


  1. mix all, except cheddar cheese, in casserole dish. Bake @ 350 for 20 to 30 minutes. Then add cheese.
