  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 cup(s) blue cheese
  • 1 pint(s) whipping cream
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350. peel potatoes and slice. Layer all in casserole dish, except chedder cheese. Bake, covered, til potatoes are tender(about 40 minutes). Uncover and bake til liquid condenses. Top with chedder cheese.
