  • 3 cup(s) dry oats
  • 1/2 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup(s) black rasins
  • 1/2 cup(s) golden rasins
  • 1 cup(s) chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon(s) nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cinamon
  • 1/2 cup(s) canola oil
  • 1/2 cup(s) maple syrup


  1. Make sure liquids coat the dry ingredients.

  2. Spread the mixture on tin foil lined cookie sheet. Spray the tinfoil with non-stick spray. Press down. Bake 20 minutes at 300 until golden brown.
