  • 2 bags white chocolate chips
  • 1 T. shortening
  • 9 crushed up candy canes
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract


  1. Melt the chips and shortening in a double broiler until completely melted and smooth. Stir in the candy canes and the extract until all mixed together. Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet, spread thinly. Chill until firm and break into pieces.
