  • 3 cup(s) cornbread mix (must be Cinch)
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • 1/2 cup(s) salad oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 can(s) yellow cream style corn
  • 1/4 cup(s) jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1-1/2 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/4 pound(s) bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
  • 2-3 clove(s) garlic, grated


  1. Mix all together and bake in large pan for 35 min. at 400 degrees
