  • 2 can(s) garbanzo beans drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) tahini
  • 1/2 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 4 clove(s) fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup(s) water


  1. Put all ingredients in a Food Processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust (lemon, garlic, water).

  2. Add salt, to taste.
