  2. 2 cups flour
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon baking powder
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 2.25 cups milk
  7. 1/4 cup oil

  8. Directions:
  9. 1 Preheat your waffle iron.
  10. 2 In a large mixing bowl blend dry ingredients.
  11. 3 In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients and add to the dry.
  12. 4 Mix and pour into a hot waffle iron.
