  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp bp
  • 1 tsp bs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz soft goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated firm goat cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped dried figs


  1. Heat oven 350. Line muffin tin or use paper liners. Whisk flour through salt. In another bowl, whisk herbs through sour cream. Crumble soft goat cheese into egg mixture and stir in grated goat cheese and figs. Add to flour, gently folding together. Bake 20-25 min.
