Ham Carbonana with Basic cheese ravioli

  • 20 ravioli


  1. 20 cheese ravioli
  2. 1/2 jar light Alfredo SAuce
  3. 1/2 chopped chopped ham
  4. 2/3 c dry white wine
  5. 1/3 c water or chicked broth
  6. 1/3 c chopped mshrooms
  7. 1/3 c chopped onion
  8. 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots

  9. Saute mushrooms and onion in 1t olive oil (non stick pan), add ham,saute 1 minte
  10. add wine, simmer till alcohol is evaporated, 2-3 minutes
  11. add sauce, water,and peas and carrots. bring back to a simmer.
  12. add ravioli,cook 5-6 minutes
  13. top with Italian parsley
  14. salt/pepper to taste.
