  • 4 Pork Boneless
  • 4 Peaches Halved
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2T. Lime juice
  • 1 bunch Thyme


  1. Pound prk. Mix vinegar, liime juice & thyme. Place with pork in plastic bag & refrigerate for an hour. Grill halved peaches, 3min. On a side. Grill poll.
  2. Serve with arugula salad
