Greek Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce

- 1 tablespoon(s) chopped chives or scallion
- 1 clove(s) crushed garlic
- 1 cucumber
- 8 ounce(s) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
- Finely chop cucumber into strainer, sprinkle with salt, and let stand 15 min. Press out liquid with back of spoon and drain. Place in bowl with rest of ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
