  • 1 stick(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) self-rising flour
  • 2/3 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 cup(s) milk
  • 1 whole(s) egg
  • 2 cup(s) fruit any kind


  1. Pre-heat oven to 450. Place 1 stick butter in large casserole dish, melt. Mix together 1C self rising flour, and 2/3C sugar. Beat 1C milk and 1 egg. Mix dry ingredients with moist ingredients, pour into casserole dish with butter. Pour 2C fruit (any kind) over dough. Bake 15 min-20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
