Gorgonzola dip with dried Pineapple

  • 1 block(s) cream cheese I use less fat
  • 3 tablespoon(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 4 ounce(s) gorgonzola Cheese crumbled
  • 1/2 cup(s) walnuts chopped
  • 2 cup(s) dried Pineapple I've used mango too


  1. Mix Cream cheese and balsamic vinegar and spread in pan

  2. Sprinkle with Gorgonzola cheese and chopped walnuts

  3. Bake at 350 to 375 until bubbly

  4. Serve with Dried pineapple or dried mango for dipping
