  • 1 cup(s) peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup(s) sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup(s) peanuts crushed


  1. Stir pb, sugar, egg, baking soda, and salt together. Add chocolate chips and peanuts. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Let cool on rack for 5-7 minutes before placing on cooling rack.
