GLADYS'S CHOCOLATE WHIPPED SHORTBREAD COOKIES
- 1/2 cup(s) cornstarch
- 1/2 cup(s) iceing sugar
- 1 cup(s) flour
- 1 cup(s) butter At room temp.
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) Vanilla
- 1/2 cup(s) Chocolate chips
- Mix, butter, sugar and vanilla together. Combine all dry ingredients. Whip with electric mixture until soft and fluffy. Kneed in dry mixture to wet like you kneed bread. Shape in a log roll. Bake at 300*F for 20-25 minutes. Cut off slices of the log roll as desired.
