  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 5 pound(s) potatoes
  • 1 1/4 stick(s) butter
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper


  1. roast garlic wrapped in foil baked at 425 degrees for 30 minutes
  2. do not over beat potatoes wilth buter,etc, cut tops off garic and squeeze in potato mixture
