  • 1/2 cup(s) plain low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup(s) crushed ice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 4 ounce(s) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 cup(s) V8 Splash Smoothies Tropical Colada


  1. Place the yogurt, ice, honey, pineapple and smoothie into a blender. Cover and blend until the mixture is smooth.
