  • 1 cup(s) celery chopped
  • 1 ssmall onion chopped
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) butter
  • 4 1/2 cup(s) vegetable broth
  • 1 quart(s) tomatoes peeled and choped
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 4 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour


  1. Saute vegetables in butter. Add broth, tomatoes, sspices. Heat and Simmer for 20 min. blend flour with water and add. Cook until thickened.
  2. puree, if desired.

  4. can add other veggies as desired.
