- 4 egg whites whipped
- 4 egg yolks beaten
- 1 cup(s) heavy/whipping cream
- 3/4 cup(s) MacNaughton Canadian Whisky
- 2 cup(s) skim milk
- 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) white rum
- Add sugar to egg whites; beat until stiff. Combine yolks and whites and mix thoroughly. Add rum and whisky. Beat. Add cream and milk. Mix. Chill well. Serve with a light sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg on top.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute skim milk for rum and whisky
