  1. Easy Loaded Baked Potato Soup

  6. Ingredients
  7. •2 medium baking potatoes, unpeeled
  8. •1 can (14½ oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
  9. •1 cup milk
  10. •4 slices of bacon, cooked, crumbled and divided
  11. •¾ cup Kraft shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  12. •¼ cup sour cream

  13. Instructions
  14. 1.Pierce potatoes; microwave on high 5 min., turning over after 2½ min.
  15. 2.Cut potatoes into chunks.
  16. 3.Combine potatoes, broth, and milk in large microwaveable bowl.
  17. 4.Microwave on HIGH 6 minutes, stir after 3 minutes.
  18. 5.Slightly crush potatoes with a potato masher.
  19. 6.Reserve 2 Tbsp. each of the bacon and cheese, set aside.
  20. 7.Add remaining bacon and cheese to the soup.
  21. 8.Serve topped with reserved bacon, cheese, and sour cream. (And of course I add more
