Easy Coconut Custard Pie

  • 2 cup(s) milk


  1. 2 c. milk
  2. 1 c. flaked coconut
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 1 tsp. vanilla
  5. 1/2 c. flour
  6. 6 TB butter
  7. 3/4 c. sugar
  8. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  9. 1.Place milk, coconut, eggs, vanilla, flour, margarine, and sugar in blender. Mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
  10. 2.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
