Enjoyed by adults and children. I simplified the recipe by using purchased chicken broth and I put the chicken in raw with the rice. This cut down on prep time considerably. I used brown rice, half and half chicken breast and thigh and turkey sausage to make a little healthier I would also suggest more peppers and more spice if you use brown rice. Adults might want a little hot sauce on the side.
