Dadi's Apple Crisp

  • 6 Apples


  1. Crust: Work together, add oats and or pecans/walnuts for a thicker topping.

  2. .5 cup brown sugar
  3. .5 cup flour
  4. .25 cup butter (half of a stick)

  5. Filling: Mix together, add 1 cup of water to the bottom of the pan (or more or less) if the apples are old/dry. Also if apples are old/dry, add extra lemon juice and omit the sugar.

  6. 6 Apples
  7. 2 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tsp cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp lemon juice
  10. dash of nutmeg

  11. Bake at 350 for as long as needed, probably 30-45 min. Works well in a 9" x 13" pan.
