  1. Crunchy Cheddar Chicken
  2. Servings: 4

  3. 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/4 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  6. 3/4 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dressing
  7. 1 cup cornflakes, crushed
  8. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

  9. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  10. Combine cornflakes, cheese, salt and pepper in pie plate.
  11. Evenly coat the chicken with the dressing then dredge in the cornfllake mixture.
  12. Place the chicken on a parchment lines baking sheet and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden and crispy.
