Crock Pot Shredded Pork Sandwiches

  • 1 cup(s) beef broth
  • 2 pound(s) pork roast
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chili powder
  • 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 can(s) tomato sauce, small
  • 1 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 package(s) sandwich buns


  1. Pour beef broth into crock pot. Place pork roast in cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and spread over roast. Cook on High for 8-10 hours. Remove chunks of roast to a cutting board. Shred with forks, discarding visible fat, and return to crock pot, until all pork has been shredded. Stir into liquid in crock pot and serve on buns.
