Creme Fraiche Chicken Curry

  • 3 Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 1 Leek Diced
  • 1 Thumb Size Root Ginger Fine Dice
  • 1 Red Chilli Fine Dice
  • 2 Tsp Fenegreek Seeds Crushed
  • 2 Tsp Cumin Seeds Crushed
  • 1 Tsp Mustard Seeds Crushed
  • 2 Tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 Tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Pouder
  • 2 Tsp Suagr
  • 2 Tsp Salt
  • 150ml Double Cream
  • 150ml Creme Fraiche


  1. Gentle fry the seeds for 2 mins, then add the leek, Chilli and Ginger and fry for 5 mins. Add the chicken and seal for 5 mins. Add the Powder spice, sugar and salt and mix well. Continue to fry for 2 mins. Add the Creme Fraiche and cream stir and simmer for 20 mins covered.
