  • 4 cup(s) chicken cubed, cooked
  • 1 cup(s) walnuts chopped
  • 1 cup(s) celery diced
  • 2+ tablespoon(s) shallot finely chopped
  • 1 cup(s) dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon(s) tarragon/champagne/white whine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon(s) fresh tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper (of choice)


  1. mix all ingredients; add more cranberries, nuts, tarragon to taste; add more tarragon if using dried herbs instead of fresh; chill and serve;
