Cranberry-Orange Braised Beef on Ciabatta

    I made this with short ribs, which were way too fatty for my preferences, and cooked in the slow cooker. I would use a lean roast such as the london broil next time, as the meat turned out very tender. I really liked the sauce which was sweet and orangey with a slight hint of the cranberry, but the kids found it too sweet and didn't care for it at all. Won't be making it again since they hated it. They loved the leftover ciabatta loaf though! LOL
