  • 8 tablespoon(s) butter unsalted
  • 2 medium onions finely diced
  • 6 cup(s) celery chopped
  • 6 cup(s) leeks coarsely chopped
  • 4 apples peeled & chopped
  • 1 pound(s) sausage
  • 6 teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon(s) rosemary
  • 2 teaspoon(s) sage
  • 2 teaspoon(s) parsley
  • 2 cube(s) dried cranberries
  • 1 box(es) stuffing mix Pepperidge Farms
  • 2 cup(s) vegetable broth (or chicken)
  • salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in large skillet. Saute onions, celery, leeks, apples and sausage. After about 10-13 minutes seasonings and cranberries. Add stuffing mix and broth. Place in buttered casserole and bake 45 minutes.
