  • 2 tablespoon(s) non-fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) mayo
  • 2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon(s) parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) red onion chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) celery chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a medium bowl mix all ingredients. Serve over salad greens or in crusty Italian bread. Yum
