  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Flour
  • 1 cup(s) Sugar
  • 1 cup(s) Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 3/4 cup(s) Oil
  • 1 cup(s) Milk
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Baking Soda
  • 1 whole(s) egg


  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees and grease/flour baking dish.

  2. Mix flour, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.

  3. Add oil. Mixture will crumble.

  4. Remove 1 cup of mixture and set aside for topping.

  5. Combine milk and vinegar. Add to remaining mixture.

  6. Add egg and baking soda.

  7. Pour into baking dish.

  8. Crumble topping over mixture.

  9. Bake for 30 minutes.
