  • 2 Onions Chopped
  • 3 clove(s) Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Butter
  • 1 bunch(es) Italian Parsley Chopped
  • 3 can(s) Stewed Tomatoes
  • 3 cup(s) Chicken Stock
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dried Basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Dried Oregano
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) Dry White Wine
  • 1 pound(s) Shrimp
  • 1 pound(s) Scallops
  • 1 pound(s) Cod Cut into pieces
  • 2 can(s) Chopped Clams


  1. In large soup pot, med heat, sauté onions, garlic & parsley in olive oil & melted butter until onions are soft. Add tomatoes and break up tomatoes. Add everything but seafood including clam juice and simmer 30 to 60 minutes. Add seafood and simmer about 5 minutes until cooked. Serve with crusty bread.
