  • Celery, Garlic
  • 1 quart(s) Chicken Stock
  • Clams, Mussels
  • Cod, Halibut, Salmon
  • Cooked Sausage
  • 2 can(s) Large Cans Italian Recipe Tomatoes
  • Scallops
  • Shrimp


  1. In large stock pot, cook chopped celery and garlic in olive oil. Add tomatoes with all liquid. Add chicken stock. Add any desired seasonings to the pot and bring to a boil. Slice cooked sausage and add. When the boil returns, reduce heat to a simmer. Add the fish, shrimp, scallops and clams. When the clams open, remove from heat and serve.
