  • Crust
  • 3/4 cup(s) butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon(s) sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) flour
  • 3/4 cup(s) nuts chopped
  • second layer
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1 cup(s) powdered sugar
  • 1/3 container(s) cool whip
  • third layer
  • 3 cup(s) milk
  • 1 large instant pudding mix
  • fourth layer
  • 1/2 container(s) Cool Whip
  • 1/2 cup(s) nuts chopped


  1. First Layer: mix well press into 9 X 13 and bake at 325º for 30 minutes and cool
  2. Second Layer: blend sugar and cream cheese and add cool whip and spread over crust layer.
  3. Third Layer: Beat together milk and instant pudding for about 2 minutes. Spread over 2nd layer and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  4. Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
