Chocolate cup cake

Makes 4 mugs with cake in them. Cooks in 3 minutes

  • 8 ounce(s) Butter
  • 8 ounce(s) Dark chocolate , chopped
  • 3/4 cup(s) Sugar
  • 3/4 cup(s) Flour
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Sea salt
  • teaspoon(s) Orange zest


  1. Put butter and chocolate in a glass bowl. Microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir until melted.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together sugar and next 4ingredients. Whisk in chocolate mixture. Divide among 4 (10 oz) mugs.
  3. Place mugs in microwave for 3 minutes on highest setting. Let cool 30 secs. Top with whipped cream.
