Chive Smashed Potatoes
- 2 tablespoon(s) Fat free milk
- 2 tablespoon(s) Minced Fresh Chives
- 1/3 cup(s) Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
- 1 pound(s) Yukon Gold potatoes
- Cut 1 lb Yukon gold potatoes into 3/4-inch pieces.
- Steam potatoes 15 minutes or until tender.
- Combine potatoes, 1/3 cup plain 2% Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives, 2 tablespoons fat-free milk, and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mash to desired consistency.
