Chicken with Rice Bake

  • 1 cup(s) brown rice
  • 2 pound(s) chicken thighs
  • 1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup


  1. In greased baking dish, pour the rice; layer chicken thighs; combine soup with 2 cups water and pour over top; dash of salt/pepper and dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
