  • 3 cup(s) steamed broccoli, mushrooms, green beans water chestnuts (mixed)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce
  • Mrs. Dash to taste


  1. Spray non-stick cooking spray in a skillet.
  2. Heat chicken and vegetables
  3. Sprinkle with Mrs Dash and drizzle with soy sauce
  4. Serve with rice
