    Worthy of a Special Occasion

    My husband and I were wondering what to do with the lemon juice from 1 1/2 lemons. Why not skip the juicing and proceed to slicing 1/2 of a lemon? I had to make a trip to the grocery store because we only had one lemon! We used the veal we had and the dish was delicious. I added asparagus tips at the end of the angel hair pasta we used.
