Chicken sausage meatballs

Can be used with tortellini or for meatball subs

  • 1 pound(s) Ground chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup(s) Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Grated onion
  • 2 clove(s) Minced garlic
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) Fennel seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Montreal grill season
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Salt and pepper
  • 1 eggs


  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on foil lined baking sheet

  3. Flatten meatballs slightly

  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees
