  • 1 head(s) lettuce (ice burg)
  • chicken
  • cheese
  • lettuce (other)
  • carrots
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • crutons
  • olives
  • tomatoes
  • bacon bits


  1. Cut chicken to desired bite size and cook. Wash all vegetables. Peel the carrots. Tear the lettuces. Cut vegetables and toss together - tomatoes should be added last (so the acids don't make the lettuce limp?) Add chicken when ready to eat.
