  • 4-10 Guajillo Chile's (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 2 36 oz can Hominy Corn
  • 2 cubes Knor Caldo de Pollo
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • Oregano
  • Cilantro


  1. Boil chicken, onion and Knor cube
  2. Roast peppers
  3. Soak peppers in water
  4. Remove seeds and stems
  5. Puree garlic, peppers, cilantro, tomato and oregano in blender
