Chicken in pesto cream sauce

  • Boneless chicken breasts
  • ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4T Pesto
  • Fontina cheese Shredded
  • pecans
  • bacon Crumbled


  1. Marinate boneless chicken breasts in ranch dressing for1-8 hours. Grill until done . May be done ahead of time

  2. Lightly coat casserole dish with vegetable oil. Place precooked chicken in casserole. Top each breast with two T pesto. Mix about 1/2 C sour cream with shredded cheese (fontina, Parmesan )' mix, top over chicken. Sprinkle with pecans,bacon. Top with shredded cheese . Cover with foil. Bake 350 degrees 20-30 minutes until sauce bubbly and heated through.
